Colorado Firefighters Given National Honor for Rescue

North Metro crew recognized for rescuing two children in February.

NORTHGLENN (9News) - Six members of a Denver-area fire crew received a major international award Friday, after their work to save the lives of two young children back in February. North Metro Fire Rescue District's Station 63 A-Shift was awarded the International Association of Fire Chiefs' Benjamin Franklin Fire Service Award.
