Originally found on YouTube by Statter 911, this is a mildly amusing video of police blocking off the road at the scene of an auto fire -- and almost blocking out the fire truck responding to put it out. But, that is what the air horn is for.

We had a cop do that in a junk yard. Completely blocked the path and I couldn't get the engine thru. The officer politely blew the air horn a couple of times and the cop ignored it. That is until I got on the pa and yelled "Move the car!" He got the message!

Proof is in the pudding that cops just don't understand OUR job as firefighters!!! We've had them block the driveway to a house back a long driveway that was on fire.

Oh no, he wasn't just blocking it, he stopped right in front of it! it would have been even better if the officer didn't have as quick a reaction time...but then again the fire truck would have been hurt!
