Hey everybody. I was wanting to get some ideas on different training yall do in your stations. With the juniors, probies, and new recruits. What do you do for air pack training, radio communications, and stuff in that nature. Do you do scavenger hunts on trucks? I would like some input, I am putting together a few things to do on monday night meetings with our guys.
