Benevolence Funds

I got absolutely no response in the forums with this, so I will try here. Our Local is starting a benevolence fund and we need some ideas on how everyone disperses the money. In otherwords, what qualifies, what doesn't, any tax issues incurred by the reciever of the money and so on. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Continue
