After reading many comments and postings, I see that many of the departments have the same thoughts …

After reading many comments and postings, I see that many of the departments have the same thoughts on members saftey. Issues with gear and equipment. Training programs. Although some departments have to raise most of there money themselves, such as our department . We are in the middle a small town that basically supports our department. we do not have a city, or state budget to use. Somertimes we run a little into the red but it seams that somehow we pull ourselves back up again and keep going… Continue
