My family has a very long history of being firefighters. When i got the chance i took it!!
There is nothing as wonderfull or as fulfilling as knowing that what we do whether big or small is helping someone else when they need it the most!!!

I am a mother of three beautifull children a little girl and 2 boys. I am married to the most wonderfull man in the world . I love everything there is about being a firefighter including all everyday things like rolling hose and cleaning the station! Without it what we do would not get done!

Safety!!!! We are losing too many great people for things that can be avoided yes that is not always the case but in the majority it is.Equipment!! Too many departments in too many places just dont have the gear and equipment that they need to do what they are doing which goes back to saftey!!!!
