sorry to ask, but could you be a bit more specific on what would be a technical rescue team. or just the technical part. i might be able to make a suggestion.
well the OIC could hook up to a 5" supply on the discharge, fly to the roof, acess the scene, assist with getting ventalation tools to the roof, and supress fire all at once!!! lol
