We have a large gas grill, the kind that has a burner on the side (perfect for a pot of baked beans or a can of veggies!). We use gas because it's faster, doesn't require much clean up. Everyone at our station loves meat, so we do a lot of steak, ...
I use both, gas, and charcoal. It all depends on what i'm cooking. Love to use the smoker as well.

Steve Orr said… - Sorry About the trash job on the Chevy, but take heart. This one came in on the end of a chain. Hadn't run in years. The kids had a good time any way. Right after this photo was taken we make it into a convertable. Didn't make it run any better though.
