I have prayed for patients but haven't had much opportunity to witness, most calls I've had have been either a mad frenzy or a taxi ride.

Hello also from Berks county with Bernville Fire Company, I was at the court house when the pink ribbon fire truck was in Reading. I got pics of it.

I grew up on the 202 Corridor (North Wales, then Bridgeport, then King of Prussia) and ran with Station 31 when I was there, so you're right down the road.

I've been the officer on one of our tillers here for 10 years now and for the last 28 years I've been beating up buildings on a ladder company somewhere. Anyway, keep in touch and I'll see you on the group. Welcome.

I have been scanning the "Members" for anyone who looks as if they are a truckie (by the fact that they have a truck in their picture) or have truck or ladder in their name, etc. We have a group for truckies: Cancel The Engine; all about being one of the chosen few. Come join up, if you are one of us.

Sounds like your in IN. I used to live there. I am now in KY. I love it in KY. If you want, you can run a red light with siren. Your vehichle is an emergency vehichle by law. Saying that, you better have reason to run those, but we have full power...

These thoughts could very easily be applied to the fire service. I especially like "If you know how far you can go, then that is as far as you will go". Historically, the fire service has been crippled by "that's the way we have always done it", w...
