Volunteer Firefighters, the unpaid profession...

For those of us that are dedicated to being volunteers, happy working other jobs to make a living. It doesn't matter if you don't want to work full time as a paid firefighter, or the competition is too high for that high paying (hah yeah right) job

It was something i was raised to do. In the small town i am from when you turned 18 you did a number of things, bought a scratch ticket, a cigar, signed up for the draft, and put in your app at the vol fire station.
