Your department policy should coincide with your state regulations. The police are going to enforce what ever your state regulations requires! If the the two are not coinciding, then the police will be pulling some more members over!

You should follow what your state regulations allow you to do! If that is what your state regs. say about who's allowed to respond at what code, than so be it! Need more information on what it is your asking?

I think that every state has done away with code 2. But we all run it at 3 am when theres no one on the streets and no need for waking the cemetery up.

larue county - hodgenville fire dept is sad to announce the passing of former chife dan beams he was chife for 40 years till he retired in 2004 he will be missed
