The minitor IV is the best out there. The Vs are good too but some of them activate for no reason. Other than that the Vs are very good. Just don't get the amplified charger with the V because last I heard they are a fire hazard.

I had the SAAAAMMMMEEEE problem....And it sucks...I just got on ebay and went ahead and upgraded to a minitor IV....I am so happy with it....Everything works on it.

The mintor III pager vibrate is done with a small motor sounds like the motor is going bad, I have had to repair a few of them slowing moveing away from the III and going to all minitor V though have some board problems that motrola seems to have ...

That is what I was going to respond with too Oldman. If you are in a position where a child is in a shockable rhythm (very unlikely) and all you have is an adult AED, no peds pads, no reducer, really what is the alternative?
