Lost Brother

At 5:30 AM On Tues. 6-17-06 the Kennard vol. fire dept. lost a long time leader and freind after a long battle with cancer Lyle Hall served on the dept for over 29 years 25 of those years as cheif . services are Friday 6-20-06 at 2PM at the methodist church in Blair Nebraska with luncheon to follow in Kewnnard at the auditorium he was a tremendous leader and will be missed by family and his family in the fire service MAY HE REST IN PEACE

Mall Shootings in Omaha

As most of you already know a 19 year old male walked in to westroads mall in omaha and shot and killed 8 + wounded 5 outhers before turning the gun on himself all in the matter of aprox 5 minutes all though i was not there i can only amagine what the fire and police personel went through seeing that kind of carnage just before christmas . please remember all the Fire/Ems/law enforcement personel as well as the families and friends who lost loved ones in this terrible event in your prayers

I would like all to remember Jeramy Wach in there prayers as we have lost another brother in the service .He died Mon. AM when the cieling collapsed on him and 2 outhers while fighting a house fire in Wymore ,NE .He was also a 3 year vetran of the Gage county Sherriffs Dept. . I did not know him personaly but his coworkers stated that he NEVER missed a fire call he leaves behind a wife and 2 small children MAY HE RIP
