- Top Issues Facing Responders:
- The volunteer fire service i feel is in GREAT jeoporady because of the lack of members, and also lack in the ability to retain members once they join. if more departments nationwide would offer more incentives to there members i feel that there would NEVER be a shortage or a dire need for members in the vollie service.
- I Love Being in Fire/EMS Because:
- the comraderie and brotherhood within the department. also being able to help others when they are in need.
