Became a chauffer on the engine in 2000 as well as a member of the departments training committee. In 2007 I was elected to 2nd lieutenant which is the position I currently hold..................................

Top Issues Facing Responders:
Recruitment and retention. Lack of recognition by our elected officals. The trend of new members more in it for themselves than to help their neighbor, a lack of willingness to train !!!!
