Hey whats uo man.
Didn't mean to offend you bro. You really moved up in the training and I respect that. I am a volunteer but the departments around my area don't have any requirements. So imagine yourself trying to get the job done or something goes wrong and you're in deep crap because the person who has to back you up has no clue because they don't even have essentials. Could be frustrating when you have to explain to your interior partner how to feed the hose up the steps because they don't know wtf they are doing.

Hope you understand my points a bit better now.
Stay safe bro and good job on your training certs.
