- plantersville vfd- where i got my start- spent two years stomping out grass fires, hurricane rita in a lawn chair, and going to my first house fire back then. i remember how it was- after i showed up to my 3rd meeting in a row, i was issued bunker gear and a pager. it was friggen magical man.

- fighting in the political arena is no fun- need to have more folks cross trained in that, or how ever you train some one in that i have no idea... public safety could use a major swift kick in the butt- it needs more promotion, and more funding than ever! it would save so many more lives.

seizing my day
this is the feeling i get. these are the words i choose to share with you what i was feeling, and wrote out in like 10 mins, on the way back from cleveland to the station. it has nothing to do with the ego boosts i have received, or the DOA i just got back from before traveling to cleveland? this kind of thing flows from me on a daily basis nowdays. most i cannot share, most is dark, or would hurt someone else. but this is what i can share.

Thank God for FFN on doing the right thing.
its not the only thing there going to do... aka they just might press chargers
on the members and Firefighters that blew it for the rest of (us) the members.
Chatting on the web site is not bad. but, when you get Stupid Members doing it, chatting wreckless and not obeying the rules.. they deserve punishment. FACT.
so pass the word.... FFN is really UPSET ! i say this, thoses Members that started this mess best Leave Fast. FFN has the right too Sue each person for not following the rules. When you join the web site you give all your
info so they have you by the neck..... computers arent they great.
its bad enough that theres already wreckless people whom we rescue everyday but this junk.... on the Chat Room,
theses members need to please Grow UP !
