- I joined the fire department because i always wanted to be a firefighter as a little girl but was always brought down by the fact that most firefighters were men, until i moved to Drexel and seen that they had women firefighters and i knew one of them so i was asking her ?s about it and she asked me to go to a meeting with her so i did and ive been a member ever since.

- About Me:
- My names Victoria but alot of people call me Tori. Im a junior firefighter for the Drexel Fire Department in Drexel,MO i love being a firefighter and helping others out but sometimes it gets annoying hearing everyone talk bad about the fire department. I joined the fire department in the spring of 2008, its a voulenteer fire department and we have about 30 firefighters but only about half of those are active. I live at home with my mom and step-dad with 2 lil sisters and 1 lil brother over all things are ok at home but it can get pretty annoying at the house cause theres four of us that are firefighters.
