Top Issues Facing Responders:
Money, money, and most importantly money. Fire/EMS is constantly fighting for their share of money against other departments and other fire and ems services. As new global events begin to manifest themselves in our smaller communities how are we going to be able to respond and solve complex problems with resources being shutdown or understaffed. The time of the 4 person initial attack engine is being replaced with an understaffed 3 person crew that can't even protect themselves if one member goes down in battle of a simple structure fire.
I Love Being in Fire/EMS Because:
Day's off.

Turkey was dry the potatoe salad had to much Mayo the relatives kids were absolutely uncontrollable. They had their fifth wheels travel trailers and toy haulers all in front of my lovely home in my gated community looked like the clampets came to visit. But other than that everything was swell. Glad your safe little one.
