Back in August of this year, there was a major fire in Conshehocken, Pennsylvania. It has displaced around 357 residents of the condo/apartment fire. At least it was during the day and not at night. It was started by a welder's torch that that the owner of the condo's hired to fix up the buildings. So the DA of Montgomery County, PA is filing a class action suit against the company.
