Why I Joined the Fire/EMS:
I have always been interested in helping my community, I finaly joined the Swanton Village Fire Dept. in Oct. 2000. I became F.F. I in March of 2001. The State of Vt. offered F.F. II for the first time in 2005 I was fortunate to be in the Inaugural Class of 16 and Graduated in March of 2005. I like the fact that I have the opportunity to make somebody's worst day a little better
