About Me:
20 years in Emergency serivces. 12 as career EMS. Four of those as a BLS Supervisor (back on the street now).
Day Job:
EMS is not just a day job.
Top Issues Facing Responders:
1. Lack of national standard operating procdedures and privelages.
2. To many people are EMS in certification but not practice.
I Love Being in Fire/EMS Because:
I can make a difference to at least one person. What may be everyday for us to see is life changing for those we serve.

That is what I was going to respond with too Oldman. If you are in a position where a child is in a shockable rhythm (very unlikely) and all you have is an adult AED, no peds pads, no reducer, really what is the alternative?
