wow, what a bunch of fools. I give a lot of credit to the emt who did a really good job of keeping his professionalism. I know there are some people in our field who wouldnt be able to do that.

i know what your talking about with it hittin your nose. We all had that problem now but some of us got used to it and the other 2 or 3 of them bought the little nose piece that goes on them. The nose piece is about $8 through 5 alarm fire.

we use cairns 10-10's at our department. Most guys have the standard flip down shield but some of us bought our own with the defenders and the flip down bourkes.

Janesville, but id like to try fire dex or globe to see which is better

personally, i think sirens are less effective than pagers. In our department, the majority of the firefighters live a couple miles away from the station. Therefore, they wouldnt be able to hear it. And on another thought, if we were to have a sire...

i believe every truck should be manufactured with a mechanical Q. Not those knock off electronic Q's either. If a truck aint got a Q, then it aint a truck. lol

Paul, Welcome to the FF Nation. I am glad you dropped in to join the group. Dont be shy. There is lots to do, read and be involved with. Your participation and involvement is important to us all. Takes a bit to kinda figure it all out but you will be glad you did. Have fun and look around.
