This is for everyone who spends the majority of their time at the fire station, spends more time with fellow firefighters than your actual family, or are so close with each other at the station that you might as well be family.
My favorite is engine 54-4 it is our draft peice its a Autocar/ Allegainy with a 1750gpm pump but it has done 2300gpm on a fire and we have yet to find something than fill tankers faster.
I would warn against it I did it and it lead to trouble I was in charge and all it lead to is us doing things that shouldnt be done while working and things got awakard espically when we broke up.

The individual that attaches the exhaust system hose is yes, taking on more "exposure" than the rest of the crew but the exposure level is far below the STEL or the TWA. The real issue with not connecting the hose and just backing the truc...
