It is standard procedure that we do wet line everytime.. get air out of line and check gpm on nozzle. We deal with only 1 and 2 story structures.
Hey Ben did you give us a chance or look at our tools, may I ask where your department is? Plus our guys will come out and let you play with the tools.
We are in the process of getting rid of our Amkus tools and have replaced all but one set with Genesis tools. The other set is slated for a replacement with Genesis as well.
Replace it with TNT all compatible and lifetime warranty
I agree with Fireyladd Chief Sharp 100%.. You will need to be the chief first and a friend second.
That nozzle is fine just replace the sticker if ya want. Had one that melted handle and rubber cone off the end of nozzle. Replaced o-rings inside and new handle and shaper cone. It's good as new

- Top Issues Facing Responders:
- Lack of Responders!! There isn't enough people able to volunteer these days. For the volunteer department's money is a major problem. New guide lines are set every year, but there isn't any money given to help follow the rules.
- I Love Being in Fire/EMS Because:
- I get to tear stuff up and knowing that I have helped in the time of need.
