we use the rescue 42 system and I think they are great. It's one of those things that is only limited by your imagination. They are great for lifting in situations where a car is on top of another and airbags aren't practical.
They also always point out that the Myan calender, which was like the first written calender, ends in 2012, so a lot of the theorists out there are saying that 2012 is bringing the end of the world and somehow the mayans knew it.

- I think an issue being faced is the correct use of the 911 system. I'm sure everyone has stories of a cardiac arrest or bad T/A while they were on a call for a tummy ache. I also think funding will always be an issue, particuarly for volunteer/combination departments.

Welcome to this big family where no matter what race, creed, age, social status, language, to save lives, so many of us as we are most fortunate to have this wonderful gift of being able to save lives, I am a paramedic Mexican, I have more 25 years dedicated to saving lives, and never do it by interest, not because I'm so Alagoas, by making love to my colleagues, I hope not to give anything to change what I do, if I may give thanks I accept with pleasure, and if I can not help the fact that it is more motivating
helped me feel satisfied.
I prepared a lot through all these years to be a true professional in the medical emergency, and now I enjoy sharing my knowledge to those just starting in this beautiful profession.
