Mike,

How's things in Nashville. Its been crazy up here in Del. We lost a police office two weeks ago, shot by a dumb kid. How's the police officer that was shot in your area. Take care and stay safe

Were doing good up here. A little warm, but not too bad. It has been one of those weekends though, keeping busy with the fire company. Hows the weather in Nashville? Take care and stay safe out there

Hi Mike, I’m a retired Fire Chief and understand the importance of health & fitness for our responders. I joined FF Nation to share my incredible wellness story with everyone. Fitness is only a part of the equation; internal wellness is the real essential for healthy responders. Many of us need to get healthier. If you’re interested in more information about this life changing program please send me an email at: John@IncidentMT.com
Thanks, John
