EMS here does not offer turnout gear. Been trying for 10 years to change that. I finally started taking my fire gear with me on shift.

You only have to pay for your rooms at a motel if you are staying overnight for a school.
All KSFFA classes are free unless otherwise stated in the firewire. Some times the host will ask for donations if they are supplying dinner.

AFFF on Ethanol Fire
Has anyone used a CAFS on an Ethanol fire using AFFF? How did it work for you and how much BTU or fire did you have? We have a Ethanol plant here in Garnett and have had two incidents. One at the plant with a vessel blow out. And one tanker rollover with7,000 gallons on board mixed with30% gasoline.
