You're welcome. I guess I am doing ok. Had a rough week as I separated my shoulder where it joins the clavacle (sp?) last week helping a neighbor move a piano... Luckily, xrays show it is only a minor separation and should heal with use of a sling and anti- inflamatory pain meds. Doctor said if it had been a bad one it would have required surgery to fix. Another reason to always remember our training in regards to lifting things properly. This is a lesson I wont soon forget. Good news is, I will be all mended in time to start my firefighter 2 classes next month. After I complete Firefighter 2, I then plan to take EMT/ Rescue training. Hoping this finds you having a great week. Be safe out there Sis.
