Hey Max, I started a Group for the two departments. It will be limited to us only for posting of SOPs, training schdule and infor that would be of interest to the departments. It a way for all the township Firefighters to communicate and get info out.

Hey Max, My comment was not directed at you. I was referring to the people who run thier mouths and run like girls when the time comes. We have at least one or two at every station. I wish Ihad more time to put into it but work and family have first priority. Change is coming, I think you will like what you will see. Since taking over in Calcutta we have made many steps in upgrading equipment. This means training guys and getting them ready. You remember how training on a engine was, now add a tower into it. Its not easy getting all the safety aspects of operation in then going into the fire scene safety on it. Well I catch up with you later. Take Care my friend
