It is called complacency and it plagues firefighters everywhere! My question is. I didn't think backdrafts happened after the free burning stage. To me it appears to be a smoke explosions? Any thoughts? God Speed to Chief Phelps.

About Me:
My name is Marques Bush and an Engineer with the St.Andrews Fire Dept and The Training Officer at Caromi Fire Dept. I started the service in 1997 at the Belvedere Fire Dept and have since moved around volunteered and work in a few different places. My goal is to put back into the fire service what I have gotten out of it which is the joy of being able to help my fellow man.
