To answer your question specifically...There are a lot of Explorers/Juniors out there who lack maturity (you don't appear to be one of them) and ten minutes after joining the post they believe they have enough knowledge to be running the academy. My comment was not directed at any one person in particular, as Dottie says, "Don't take it personal." The fire service can definitely use good young qualified people ( you appear to be amongst them).
