This photo is in the second season. I had the good fortune to serve two years in the pro-bono time as the director was the oldest Oscar Bonilla.

They do not cause it directly. But many people when using a belt will use poor form and/or use weights that the body is just not ready to handle, in my opinion. If someone uses a belt for all or most of their lifting, the bodies core will never st...

Hi Malinda-Just read your profile. You caught my interest when you said you still power lift. How is that going for you? I used to lift when I was younger, but growing up I was a bit hard on my body and I'm paying for it now. Can't lift any where near what I once was capable of doing. But I still stay active with the sport-more so as a spectator and assisting the younger guys on my department with their lifting. I'm also the PT for my department. I would be interested in hearing what you do for your workouts.
Take care and stay safe!!!

Hey Malinda!
How's things going over your way?
It was a beautiful day here. I had CBRNE Training this morning at our local hospital then worked in the yard the rest of the day.
No calls for us today, which I'm surprised since it was hot.
Well, hope all is fine with you.
Take Care!
