After 24 years of volunteer firefighting..... I'm a probie again?

I have to agree with your comment about the lack of pride among the younger people.
It is up to people like you and me to instill things like Honor, Brotherhood and Tradition to these younger kids.
Anymore, young people just want to run lights and siren. Let's educate them on the real reason they need to be firefighters...
