As a rep for turnout gear and a fire fighter, I can tell you that you should clean your gear at the scene with a hose line to get the majority of the dirt off of your gear. If further cleaning is necessary, you should wash your outer shell in a wa...

We responded once for a CO detector sounding. We soon found out it was at a home where a bachlorette party was going on. As we walked in, they asked "are you guys the strippers?". They had a bit of a disappointed tone in the question. After we inf...

Hello Lee, We received the gloves today. Thank you. They are nothing like what we are
using now. Did you mention that you have a better price when we are ready to order?

Wore the gloves for a extensive day at the college, fire training all morning, auto ex for two hours in the afternoon and then another 6 hours in the burn box training rookies. The gloves became more comfortable and form fitting as the day progressed. I will get your review in the mail today.

Hey Lee,

Good to hear back! I graduated from Xavier in 82. I lived on East Pershing through Junior High attending Franklin Elementary and then Einstein Jr High and then we moved to West Taylor by Highland Elementary. I miss it. I loved the summer activities on College Ave. I've been out here since 84 and California has grown on me. I make it back to Appleton every year or so. My brother is still there with his family and a cousin with his family. Then many family in and around Green Bay and Fort Howard.

Lee,

I was on the the Christian chat portion. Saw the plee from Bobby and your pledge to help. Very awesome. I'm hoping the best for Bobby and will keep him in my prayers. Then I saw that you are from Appleton WI and I had to write you! I live in Central California now - Clovis - and have raised my kids here. But I grew up in Appleton. I went to Xavier High School and my brother and nephews all attended Appleton West. Just had to say Hi.

Received the gloves from you today at the college... got to wear them today as well on the grounds. They are definitely a snug fit but feel they will loosen. Gave the Large pair to my boss at SCC, how much do they cost per pair. I will be showing them to the guys on my fire dept. this week as well.

These thoughts could very easily be applied to the fire service. I especially like "If you know how far you can go, then that is as far as you will go". Historically, the fire service has been crippled by "that's the way we have always done it", w...
