Just saw that on the news. They didn't show any pictures of the disasters. But it is good to hear that there were no deaths and only 1 minor injury. As for the light, where did you purchase it from?

Using fresh ground venison will give it a different taste also. You may need to add a dash of montreal seasoning to it though.

Kevin, I will keep you and your family in my prayers. That God will calm the angst and guide your path... I always lean on Numbers 6:24-26 as a prayer to help me and others to get through.
May the LORD bless you and keep you;
May the LORD make his face shine upon you and be gracious to you;
May the LORD turn his face toward you and give you peace.
Both now and Always.
AMEN

I am in Houston and understand that you are home in Louisiana but I can say that there are a LOT of opportunities in Houston in the medical and First Responder professions to make pretty decent money. Good Luck Kevin,

Kevin, My Asst Chief and I are full time paid. We have 40 Volunteers as well. Never been in your state myself. Think Ide rather live here. No Hurricanes. We have some nasty winter storms but nothing like your hurricanes.
