About Me:
I grew up in a fire service home, became a volunteer firefighter my senior year in high school. Took my first EMT course in 76 and decided to pursue that side of emergency service. Worked full time on ambulances for five years, changed to a fire medic for National Interagency Fire Center which was BIFC at that time. Moved to Oregon to get into the RN program but decided to finish a degree I had already started on that was Pastoral Ministries. I was saved from hospital chaplaincy by finding public safety chaplaincy (not until I had finished four units of CPE). My first fire service funeral was for my dad, a retire Fire Chief in Idaho.
Day Job:
Director of Development for Public Safety Chaplaincy

So I am looking for input on what everyone cares on their true truck, not a quint but just a truck. We just acquired a 75' Baker and all thought everyone has an idea, I am just looking for what everyone else has stashed onbaord theirs.

As a volunteer I have to agree with jack/dt. There are differences and for the most part I think they are unavoidable. Training being the primary point of difference between them. Volunteers just do not have the time to devote to training as care...
