Again, I'm really impressed with your candor and approach to the fire service. It's really accurate and well put. You have my respect and admiration my friend.
As for some new stuff out here, for wildland structure protection, we have adopted the Foam and Go approach. If this is a new concept let me know and I'll work a way to get you more info. It's all due to the fatalities last year at the Esperanza incident involving the USFS. Lot's of philisophical changes for the fire service as a result.
I wrote a SOG for my county to deal with WMD Mass Casualty incidents. I'm planning on writing an article to one of the trade journals out there to share this stuff as well.
I went through the master instructor program, and have developed firefighter, prevention and hazmat training programs. So don't hesitate to give me a shout with any of your requests.
