What do most stationes expect from those who want to volunteer firefight. What must you be qualified to even be considered for volunteer firefighting. I was hoping after a couple of month of being back from Iraq I could volunteer some of my time to learn.

How are you doing. Thanks for adding me to your friends list. I'm from Kailua, but I am stationed in Alaska. I am currently deployed to Iraq. Reason I looked you up is cause I am very interested in becoming a Hawaii firefighter after my time in the military. Would you mind helping me out. Thanks, Aloha.
