www.emtb.com has several practical test in it , flip card and a lot of other good info.....
I ditto Brady. I actually have a practice exam book that I got at Borders, and it's really a good guide. It gives you the answers and refers you to the appropriate material to study in the back as well, even giving you the exact page for the brady...

For EMT-B, look into the book, "Barrons EMT Exam." I used that and only that to study for my National Registry and I was out of class for like 9 months. It helped me out SO much.

Im in the fire science program at my college... it might be different here than where you are but what i did is just take it slow... i have a full time job and when i can i go over to the New York State Academy of Fire Science and take a few class...
well in the state of GA u have 2 have EMT -B & I before u can get your Paramedic...u definatly need 2 tlk 2 some1 in admissions or one of the staff in the field @ the college...

We were getting ready to reopen the inerstate when a 18 wheeler came over the hill running about 70.He hit a car that was wiating to go.The man in the car was kill. Inerstate was closed for about 9 hours.

- mine was a call to a dog bite, but as my partner and I arrived we new something terrible was in store, On scene the dog was found with a pick axe through the body and signs of a fight, inside the horror we found shook us both- Dead one year old and the father clinging to it just sobbing saying i couldn't get to him in time but signs of his efforts- bites and lacerations to head, face, and arms. Police on arrival couldn't believe it either. both of us call home for reassurance that everyting was Okay there.

When we arrived the arm wasn’t broken but severed and the woman was trapped in the van on the side of a steep embankment. So we all received firsthand experience on how to use the extrication equipment.
