wow Dwellingup!!! that should keep you busy!!!! im unemployed too..... trying to find some part time work..... but not easy. been offered some full time stuff but its a bit hard with kids and all their sport etc. hey do you do facebook?? i have heaps of pics on there.... takes a bit longer to get them on here =) hows the gelorup mob going? i have heard some interesting stories lately but you never know what to believe hey... =)

yep season is over.... Just!!!! we had 2 callouts in a week for scrubbies in June!!! its a first for me...... but with all this rain now.... i reckon its snuffed =) im unemployed again as of end of the week..... not too worried.... a break will be nice. we have 6 members off to Hot Fires in Perth end of the month... cant wait!!!! been a couple of times before, its an awsome weekend!!!

yeh paid FRS...... hhhmmmfff. dont get me started!!!!!! DEC know what they are doing. FESA could learn a lot from them. and especially some "local" paid staff here.... if you get my meaning :-)

nah i got stuck in trafffic too!!! =/ in Perth tho. flew back but was all over by the time we got there. i seem to always miss one a year :) and what annoys me the most is we have had stuff all in our area and then when we do i miss it!!!! its been fairly quiet for us really..... spent most of our time at DEC fires :) i wasnt not happy with the CFF's the othre night tho. they stood everyone down and and there was no standard of mop up.... ridiculous!
