- i was with rush fire dept as an explorer and was with henrietta volunteer ambulance as a dispatcher
- My Training:
- Accident Victim Extrication, responding to terroists attacks and suicide bombings, cpr/aed, soon to be in the fire police class, hopefully will be in the FF1 class and emt basic very soon as well and take a bunch of other classes
- About Me:
- i been volunteering on and off for 11 years on and off i started out as an explorer went to explorers chief and stayed chief for 3 yrs, i also joined a ambulance corps at age 16 where i was an emergency medical services dispatcher as they called and did lots of things with that and there , i took some time off from fire and ems not sure how long but when i moved to watertown ny where i joined another ambulance squad and i was an assistant there and was secretary and the squad cook, lol , then i moved to plattsburgh and joined a fire dept and i am also the fire house cook there i make sure the guys and girls are fed every monthly meeting , i enjoy being in fire and ems very much

- Top Issues Facing Responders:
- during the day volunteer fire depts and ambulances are going to have to end up going with a paid crew during day due to not having enough vollys to cover day calls
- I Love Being in Fire/EMS Because:
- i get to help people and make people smile when i can and make me smile when they say thank you
