Thats nearly impossible. I mean, when you have mositure on your hands and go into a hot building... vapourisation would occur by the water / moisture on your hands heating up and turning to steam creating steam burns within the gloves. I would g...

You can take out the exhaust valve because it is replaceable. The most common cause is lack of cleaning or incorrect cleaning. Its why I like having my own mask and being responsible for its cleaning.
