the playground drills are cool. we had a larger playset/climb around at the local college. good for confind space or hand line advancement. scba doth and donning works well if you have the tunnel. have fun! beech

Thanks doug, I was trained by a course offered by dive rescue international in my county. I am certified as specialist. I appreciate the feed back. my dept has never had the gear to deal with a potential rescue, then again, it never had to( jinx)...

down time stinks!!!!

I really dont like it when its been awhile from the last time you've had a fire. It wears on you allot. almost as if you've had too many fires. You think too much during this time and thats when the other crap starts to happen( Am I right fellow dingers????).

Productivity......We TRY!

Well. lets hope some of you can relate to this. Others can ignore this and the rest of you can roll your eyes or twittle your thumbs if you wish.


I guess I might have learned something over a couple of years?( maybe.) When you go to practice or are at the station killing alittle time, BE PRODUCTIVE.

well, I turned32 today. I cant believe I made it this far. what have i learned? of course im gonna share!

1. Never be cheap with other peoples money

2. Respect your heritage. it might explain why you are the way u are.

3. Listen to the senior guys. they spin stories of mistsakes and experience. this way you get a heads up!

4. Be yourself. who cares what others think.
