Death of a Volunteer Fire Fighter

Mr. Timothy "Tim" Irvin Hand, 48, of Salisbury, NC passed away on Monday, March 3, 2008 at his residence. Tim was born on March 29, 1959 in Rowan County a son of Mary Frances Eagle Hand of Salisbury and the late Harold "Jack" Hand.

Tim was a 1977 graduate of East Rowan High School, he was a life time member of St. Matthew's Lutheran Church, an Emergency Medical Technician, an employee of Invista for 30 years, a member of the Invista Emergency Response Team, member of Liberty Volunteer Fire Dept… Continue
