Why I Joined the Fire/EMS:
I wanted to become someone that my girls could look up to and be proud of. And it is amazing that they can! I am a single Mom I have been in health care over 11 years, and absolutely love it! I have come to realize that being on an ambulance is what I was ment to do. And it is also awesome that I get to drive fast and make people move the hell out of my way.... but as you well know they don't always move....lol

About Me:
I am the girl that likes to be in the middle of the shit! I like to know that I was there and did what I was suppose to do to make sure that the person I am helping gets where they need to be. To help them have some sort of life, weather better or worse I am not sure... You will find me at home most days that I am off of work. I grew up in San Diego trying to just survive as a kid. I moved to mississippi when I was about 15. I like it here ok. I have two girl that are my world. I do what I can to make sure they have a better life than I did and so far I think I am doing a DAMN good job. I love my job I enjoy that I have friends that I can call friends and what ever time it is I can call them and they are always there. That is all life is about surrounding yourself by people that are always going to bring you up!!!
Day Job:
I am a MOM
Side Jobs or Other Organizations:
None at this time, volunteer at my mom's office Milnick Roofing Company...
Personal Site/Profile:

Top Issues Facing Responders:
In the city I work in we are being shot at and disrespected to the highest extent. It makes me sick to think that my co workers and I have to fear for our lives everytime we put that uniform on, and all we do is try to do is get these retards to the hospital in a better condition then they were in when we got the call.....
I Love Being in Fire/EMS Because:
The thrill of knowing the little I can do to help could actually do some good...

Hey Honey. Got a hairline fracture on my left ankle. Don't know if I will be able to get this thing off my leg or not. They have me in a temp-cast. The baby is fine, though. No bleeding found, and he's was kicking my butt by the time they put the monitor on me. Had to stay overnight for ob's too. Yuck!!! Anyway, Thank you so much for everything that you did, and would you mind thanking Mark and Mike for me too. C-ya
