I'm having problems with downloading the electrical safety and basement fires ppt. they won't download as they are too large of a file. I suggest you may want to put them into two parts so they can be downloaded. Had no problems with the other ppt...

I would thiink you could attack this from several ways.
1. You could do a horizontal cut below the bolts that are on the outside of the door and open the door like a dutch door and then go and open the upper half normally.
