Last i knew he was. i was under the impression he stepped down as dept chief though. time commitment with his kids getting older. Lisa, Frank, Scotty, Nate, Pete, Glen, they are still all there. They have had so many changes, but they seem to be moving in a positive direction. Harold passed away.
