I was a junior firefighter at one time and we did nto get pagers. But we all hung out around firefighters and most of our parents are firefighters. If we were with them we would go to call and help in any way we could. Pagers would be a good thing...

After teh world trade center attacks in south carolina we were suppose to stop using ten codes but it hasnt happened yet. Most of the time we use plain talk but we still catch ourselves using ten codes. Usually is dispatch that uses them.
