I think that is the best way to deal with an incident, expeditiously and as a team. Nip it in the bud. It obviously worked. thanks for sharing this.

- My role is Manager, Diversity Development at the Metropolitan Fire Brigade in Melbourne , Australia. I am not a firefighter but my work is to increase the number of female firefighters at the MFB and to facilitate a supportive environment for them.
